The launch of Diamond City New Capital which is scheduled to be the largest and most prestigious residential, administrative, commercial and entertainment project in the heart of the new administrative capital, has been announced recently, and huge investments have been made and all human and material efforts have been mobilized to bring this project to the highest levels of luxury and sophistication.

What is Diamond City New Capital

The project is a distinct set of towers and skyscrapers ranging in length from 60 to 180 meters. Diamond City is an integrated residential compound located in the heart of the new capital city.

Diamond City New Cairo has a vast investment area of about 4 million square meters, with a land area of approximately 2.5 million square meters. At a cost of up to 100 billion L.E during the duration of the project, which is 8 years.

The Units' Types & Spaces at Diamond City

The areas of units to be covered by the project vary between apartments, duplexes, penthouses and twin houses, and will include administrative and commercial units with spaces appropriate to all customer tastes and desires.

About the owner company

The contract was signed by The Egyptian Urban Development Administrative Capital and the Alliance Worldwide Consortium.

 The office of Hussein Sabbour was too chosen to provide all consultants for all stages of project implementation

Alliance World Wide Consortium is one of the largest alliances in Europe. It is composed of many international companies and is represented in Egypt by its local partner Smart Construction Company. This fruitful cooperation will produce Diamond City New Capital.

The prices  and payment plans at Diamond City

3500 pounds is the price per meter in Diamond City. The Capital Management Corporation for Urban Development (ACUD) gave the Alliance a six-month opportunity to pay. $100 million in advance of the land price.

It should be noted that this project will be implemented in a 55% revenue partnership system for Alliance World Wide Consortium (AWWC) and 45% for ACUD, in fulfillment of the Egyptian government's principle of encouraging and creating foreign investment. New jobs in the Egyptian market.
